Faculty Coaching

Our individualized faculty coaching targets all aspects of supporting teachers accomplishing growth in pedagogical practice. We specialize in identifying the assets and shortcomings of individuals working towards maximization of classroom effectiveness. When existing systems within a school are not making headway in supporting a teacher through developing as an educator we step in with the advantage of a fresh perspective. Our methods rely heavily on guiding faculty through self-recognition of strengths and weaknesses. Armed with authentic self-discovery we work with each teacher to craft skills aimed at leveraging strengths while minimizing shortcomings. All coaching experiences include comprehensive documentation to ensure accountability of benchmarking progress.
